Brauhaus Irle returns – with tradition and innovation
After a long break, Brauhaus Irle celebrates its grand reopening on February 26, 2025. The traditional establishment will shine in new splendor, while remaining true to its roots. Look forward to freshly tapped beer, convivial get-togethers and a real brewery atmosphere – just like it used to be!
But a lot had to happen before the guests could toast again. One of the biggest challenges? The kitchen ventilation!
Extreme conditions for kitchen ventilation in a brewery – and still a solution
The spatial conditions at Brauhaus Irle presented the team with a problem: too little room height! Traditional kitchen ventilation with air routing via a false ceiling was simply not possible.
But Anne and Holger Reul from REVEN GmbH took up the challenge. Instead of giving up, they came up with a creative solution: the air ducting was not hidden, but laid in plain sight next to the kitchen hoods.
Step by step, they worked on the optimal solution – and found it! Despite all the difficulties, a state-of-the-art kitchen ventilation system with innovative induction technology was installed.

The success of this project was so impressive that the client even welcomed Anne and Holger Reul with a red carpet at the inauguration ! The joy and gratitude were immense – because without their commitment, the new Brauhaus kitchen would not have been possible.
