Our approach: Real tests under real conditions <\/h3>\n\n

In contrast, we commissioned an independent institute to test our REVEX self-cleaning ventilation system under real-life conditions. The REVEX system consists of stainless steel exhaust air elements with integrated grease separators, which are cleaned at regular intervals with hot water and special cleaning agents. <\/p>\n\n

Detailed test procedure<\/h3>\n\n

The test was carried out in a specially constructed test room in which the system was inoculated with the bacterial strains Micrococcus luteus and Bacillus subtilis. These bacteria are typical of commercial kitchens. The germs were introduced into the air via a nebulizer and the system had to demonstrate how efficiently it could eliminate these germs. <\/p>\n\n

Results of the hygiene report<\/h3>\n\n

The results were impressive: the REVEX system was able to effectively eliminate the germs under the test conditions. The airborne germ measurements and swab samples showed that the system enabled fumes and vapors to be captured perfectly and that contamination only occurred in exceptional cases. <\/p>\n\n
