Exhaust air duct cleaners clean the air from large production halls! But why do we actually need them? If the industry associations and interest groups are to be believed, there is only one problem in large cities. There and only there is very polluted air, right? That’s why cars with combustion engines are to be banned in many countries around the world from 2035. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then we’ll all be breathing only clean air! Do we really do that? Is indoor air always as unproblematic as many would have us believe? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhaust air duct cleaners make sense for most production halls!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, the reality is that the air<\/strong> in many production halls is 100 to 200 times dirtier<\/strong> than in large cities! We have already reported on this in detail several times: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get to the heart of just how polluted the air in production halls can be, we have taken some pictures. Our air purifier mechanical engineering sales expert for Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and Hesse, Andreas Pfeiffer<\/a>, visited a customer and took pictures of the air pollution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did he do that? Well, he photographed an exhaust air duct cleaner from the inside! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following pictures show an exhaust air duct cleaner that has been cleaning the exhaust air from a production hall since 2006. The system was opened by Andreas Pfeiffer for the first time in March 2022! The system has been running continuously since commissioning. As only separators and no filters are used in our systems, no filters had to be replaced<\/strong>. Here is the result after the system was opened for the first time in 17 years: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
