The challenge of kitchen ventilation at Brauhaus Irle in Siegen: REVEN makes the impossible possible!<\/strong> There’s no such thing as impossible!<\/strong> Under this motto, REVEN GmbH<\/strong> mastered a real challenge: the installation of a state-of-the-art kitchen ventilation system at Brauhaus Irle in Siegen<\/strong>. A project that seemed almost impossible – but thanks to clever planning, a lot of experience and a good dose of tenacity, it became a reality. <\/p>\n\n

Brauhaus Irle returns – with tradition and innovation<\/h2>\n\n

After a long break, Brauhaus Irle<\/strong> celebrates its grand reopening on February 26, 2025<\/strong>. The traditional establishment will shine in new splendor, while remaining true to its roots. Look forward to freshly tapped beer, convivial get-togethers and a real brewery atmosphere<\/strong> – just like it used to be! <\/p>\n\n

But a lot had to happen before the guests could toast again. One of the biggest challenges? The kitchen ventilation<\/a>!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

Extreme conditions for kitchen ventilation in a brewery – and still a solution<\/h2>\n\n

The spatial conditions at Brauhaus Irle presented the team with a problem: too little room height!<\/strong> Traditional kitchen ventilation<\/a> with air routing via a false ceiling was simply not possible.<\/p>\n\n

But Anne and Holger Reul<\/strong> from REVEN GmbH<\/strong> took up the challenge. Instead of giving up, they came up with a creative solution: the air ducting was not hidden, but laid in plain sight next to the kitchen hoods<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Step by step, they worked on the optimal solution – and found it! Despite all the difficulties, a state-of-the-art kitchen ventilation system with innovative induction technology<\/strong> was installed. <\/p>\n\n

The success of this project was so impressive that the client even welcomed Anne and Holger Reul with a red carpet<\/strong> at the inauguration !<\/strong> The joy and gratitude were immense – because without their commitment, the new Brauhaus kitchen would not have been possible.<\/p>\n\n
